As special processing equipments require long-term know-how and technical skills, we have always had to rely on imports due to difficulties in development at domestic technological conditions. Our special machine division has developed and released the latest 5-axis tool grinder based on our experience of localizing special grinding machine for many years. By developing the operating system which is suitable for domestic situation, we will provide special processing equipments of high quality and reasonable price so that we do not need to import foreign equipments in the future.

CNC 5-axis tool grinder

For the first time in Korea, we have succeeded in localizing CNC tool grinder, which had been dependent entirely on importing. We also provide a user-friendly system by developing operating system suitable for domestic situation and environment. In addition, we can improve productivity and reduce cost of your company through thorough quality control, reasonable price and prompt after-sales service.

Self-development of Hangul interactive grinding system

Self-developed Hangul interactive grinding system makes it possible for tool shapes and elements to be made graphically. As screen text is applied in Hangul, any user can easily set grinding data. In addition, it is equipped with a grinding management program that can easily grind carbide ball end mill, flat end mill, reamer, drill, etc., and Wheel automatic correction system that automatically corrects according to wheel wear. It also supports grinding programs of special tools (burnishing drills, etc.) according to user's requirements.

CNC HOB grinding machine

Based on SIEMENS’s 840D CNC SYSTEM, HANMAC Engineering CNC HOB grinding machine adopts a unique program that enters PARAMETER value for HOB grinding on Korean interactive screen. Based on the independent technology of REINSHAW's LP2 Touch Sensor and HANMAC Engineering, user-centered measuring program is installed. So once it’s set, automatic machining is possible as the wheel height and face angle are automatically measured. In order to prevent eye sting due to microscopic cuttings, it is equipped with a centrifugal filtering device which can be highly refined and requires no consumables. The precision is increased by synchronizing with the room temperature through OIL COOLER.

CNC BROACH grinding machine

HANMAC Engineering CNC Broach grinding machine has made it possible for optimal kinematic design and user-oriented layout to realize. The machine is equipped with an independently developed Hangul grinding management program that efficient data management is enabled and a large number of parameters are input quickly.
